Exchanges
- Exchanges are possible once informed within 3 days of delivery and the item/ items must be in unworn, not damaged and should be returned with the original packaging.
- Your request for an exchange will be processed within 15 days of receiving the order details via Whatsapp.
- Exchange can be arranged only after contacting us via WhatsApp to 0711859819.
- We will only issue refunds for defective or damaged products. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
Shipping
- Orders with a weight above 1KG will be subjected to an additional delivery charge for each additional 1Kg.
- Cash on delivery available.
- Delivery for all orders placed will take between 3 to 7 working days from the date of order placement.
- Order deliveries will not be made on Sundays.
- The time of delivery will be communicated to you by our delivery agent prior to delivery.
